Workbridge will be back open for service users from Monday 7th December

With national covid-19 measures lifted and replaced by regional tier restrictions, Northampton in tier 2, means that Workbridge is able to once again re-open facilities and welcome service users safely back to session.

We will continue to support our services users to remain safe in the workplace, with stringent health and safety measures in place:

  • - Face masks to be worn by all (Those with medical exemptions will be provided a face visor),
  • - 2 metre social distancing,
  • - Regular hand washing and hand sanitiser in departments,
  • - A limit on numbers of people per department.

We have confidence in the health and safety measures we have in place at Workbridge, and look forward to running sessions again on site that are fun, engaging and help people develop their skills further with us.

For information about our safety measures onsite, read our safety measures on our website and watch this video from earlier this year.

Supporting service users during lockdown:

During November, we’ve been supporting our service users through lockdown with a range of online and offline activities including:

  • - Welfare phone calls to service users living alone
  • - Postal activity packs every couple of weeks with activities and crafts to do at home
  • - Online sessions in the week on zoom including baking, drawing, quiz, aerobics and craft making.
