Gardening and being outdoors is proven to help improve your wellbeing and general health.
In our Gardening and the Outdoors Hub, learners work with our team to plan the growing year and then how to grow and harvest fruit, vegetables and flowers throughout the seasons. The Hub teaches excellent organisation and attention to detail skills and across the different activities is great for learning new skills, building confidence and self-esteem.
