Workbridge Employability service supports people to build their employability and independence skills. Our dedicated job coach is here to support you to access volunteering, supported work placements and employment.
Working with local employers and charitable organisations, we have all the resources you need to build your confidence and independence through work.
Workbridge Employability service is available across all our Hubs.
Workbridge Retail
Learners can access supported work placements in our garden centre, coffee shop, charity shop and creative studio, supported to fulfil real roles in our busy retail areas.
Northampton saints
Learners can access work placements within Northampton Saints working with the administration staff and grounds department.
Catering opportunities
Build on skills you have learnt ion out Food and Health hub to access a range of work placements in Northampton including; Café M, White’s Farm Shop Café, The Falcon at Castle Ashby and more!
St Andrews Healthcare
Workbridge supports work experience across the Northampton site, including the Communications department, Grounds and Maintenance, Catering and Libraries.
