Donate your pre-loved items to Workbridge Charity Shop Mondays – Wednesdays each week.
From Monday 17th August, donations to Workbridge Charity Shop will be limited to Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. We will not be accepting donations on other days without prior appointments.
During the coronavirus lockdown, we received an influx of donations, with many households taking the opportunity of spending more time at home to donate items to local charities. We’d like to thank all of our supporters for your kind donations during this period!
“Our charity shop relies on the regular contribution of volunteers to sort through donations and manage the shop, many of whom have been shielding throughout lockdown. While we are gently welcoming them back, we are also quarantining donated items for a certain period of time before they are sold, which is adding to our limited storage capacity.
By changing our donations offering to Monday – Wednesday each week, rather than at any time, we hope to be able offer our regular donors the opportunity to donate to us each week, without the need for us to pause donations.” – Tracy Farmery, Charity Shop Manager.
